Mobile Phones in school
Children in Year 6 may bring a mobile phone to school. The phone is handed in to the class teacher on arrival and kept in a box inside the "teacher's cupboard."
Phones are returned to the pupils at the end of the day before home time.
Phones are not to be used during the school day.
We maintain this flexible policy for Year 6 students, as many of them walk to and from school alone and we understand that they may need to contact their parent during their journey.
Parents may also want to install location tracking software on their child's phone if it is not provided.
