Nursery admissions

Applications for the Nursery Class are made online and directly to the school via this form:

Age of Admission

Children can join our Nursery in the academic year they turn four (September to August).

Example:

  • Starting Nursery in September 2026
    • For children born between 1 September 2022 – 31 August 2023
    • Applications open: 1 September 2025
    • Applications close: 15 January 2026
    • Parents are notified of the outcome of their application at the end of April 2026.

Full and part-time sessions

Nursery places:

  • are term time only
  • can be full or part-time
  • are full day, morning or afternoon session
  • are not flexible places - for example we do not offer two and a half days a week, or two mornings a week, or different days each week

How we allocate places

Places are allocated in line with our admission policy, reflecting your government-funded hours entitlement. 

Funding

Parents apply for places based on their early Education and Childcare Entitlement.  To check your entitlement please follow the link below:

Additional charges

The Nursery team may ask for voluntary contributions for a special party or event, we do not have regular additional or mandatory charges.  We do not provide lunch.

Current availability

We are oversubscribed for September 2025.  Contact us to go on our waiting list.

We're expanding!

We are opening a second nursery classroom during the next academic year, this will allow us to increase the number of full-time places available and help us to meet demand.
