Ordering School Lunches

We ask parents to order lunches two weeks in advance using our online catering provider, Schoolgrid.  When you order online your order is passed to the caterer and the meal prepared.  At school, your child selects their name on a touch screen monitor and the catering team at the counter are notified of your order.  This helps us to ensure that your child receives what you have ordered.

Please discuss your menu selection with your child and update the order periodically to remove items that are not your child's first choice.

Children may bring a packed lunch for part of the week and then receive a school meal for part of the week.

  • The "first parent" account is registered with the system.
  • When you setup your account for the first time, you can notify the system of your child's food allergies.  The system will then only show you available menu items.
  • Parents can order lunches up to a term in advance.
  • Changes can be made up until midnight the night before the meal is taken.
  • Please contact Schoolgrid directly for any queries with the system.

 

If a parent forgets to order a meal in time and a packed lunch is not sent, we may ask you to come to school with a packed lunch.

 

 

Our school lunches are provided for us by Greenshaw Learning Services.  You can find details of the current menu here and online through the SchoolGrid ordering system.
